What is The Daily Pill Reminder Service

We are an outbound phone messaging daily pill reminder service. Ava, the voice of our service, will call you to remind you to go to where you keep you pills and take them immediately. If you’re not home, she will leave the message on your answering machine or voicemail. You pick the time of day or night that you want to be call and reminded to go to where you keep your pills and take them now.

 How does the Daily Pill Reminder service work?

During the registration process, you will tell us what time of day/night you want us to call you to remind you to take your prescription medications. This information then goes into our database, which is update once every 24 hours. As soon as your information is in our database your Daily Pill Reminder phone calls will begin.

 What type of phone will the Daily Pill Reminder calling service work on?

Glad you asked. Our system is designed to work on either a land line/home phone or mobile phone. If you miss the call our system is designed to leave a voice message on your phone-answering system.

 What if I don’t have a phone-answering system/device?

If you don’t have one we highly recommend you purchase one and set it up. Its up to you to help us help you our job is to call you at the prescribed times of day/night you requested. It’s your responsibility to make sure you have a way to retrieve our phone messages. It’s our job to call you and if you don’t answer leave a voice message.

 How do you pay for the Daily Pill Reminder Calling Service?

When you register for our service there will be a place for you to add your credit card. We will bill your credit card for the first month service plus a small set-up fee; then we bill you every 30 days thereafter for the amount of your plan on a recurring month-to-month basis. You will be sent a email notifying you each month of the amount of funds we billed your credit card. This is a pay as you go calling subscription service and you may cancel your calling plan anytime.

 Can I cancel my Daily Pill Reminder Service?

You sure can. On the bottom menu there is a button that labeled CANCEL just click that button enter your phone number and your service will be canceled within 24 hours and we stop billing your credit card. We issue no refunds for unused portions of your calling plan.

 Can I change the times of day I getting called right now?

You sure can! Look for the link at the bottom of the page that says “Time Change” and click it. Fill out the required information and click the submit button. In 24 hours will we start calling you at the new times you requested.
